Hi! I’m Katie Davis, and I’ve had the joy of being part of North Church basically my whole life. I’m 21 now, and I’m blessed to serve in several areas here, including on the worship team, where I get to help lead others into God’s presence through music. Worship has always been close to my heart, and it’s such a privilege to share it with my church family.
I also oversee our women’s ministry events, where we create space for fun, fellowship, and faith to grow deeper among the amazing women in our church. On top of that, I co-lead a B-group for young adults, which has been such a meaningful way to build community and grow together in Christ.
My walk with Jesus began early—I was raised in church and always knew about Him—but my faith became deeply personal when I was 13. I suffered second- and third-degree burns on my face and wrist, and doctors told me I’d need plastic surgery and face a long recovery. But through a miracle, I was completely healed in just six weeks, without ever needing surgery. That experience was life-changing and showed me just how real and powerful God is.
Growing up at North Church has shaped every part of who I am. This isn’t just where I go to church—it’s my home, my community, and the place where God continues to grow and stretch me. Whether I’m serving through music, ministry, or mentoring, I’m just thankful to be part of what He’s doing here.
